DAYS: Tu, Wed, OR Th 10am -12pm

EVES: Tu, Wed, OR Th 6:30 - 8:30pm

New Students attending ongoing classes start by registering either online or in person for a

4 week trial period( regular fees apply). During the 3rd class, the student will agree to continue as an ongoing student OR terminate enrollment OR sign up for another trial period. Payment for the next trial period or enrollment as an ongoing student is due during the 3rd week of the trial period unless the student is terminating enrollment.

During the 4 week trial period, students either attend the 4 consecutive weekly class or forfeit any missed class. The LAC cancellation policy does not apply to a trial period.

Adult Classes: $80/month

Teen Classes: $60/month

Fees include weekly class, most supplies, and instruction

*Monthly membership includes ONE class weekly.  Students must pre-register at least one week in advance for an available day/time.

Students may arrive 30 minutes prior to class when doors open. Feel free to read from our library or sketch; Instructor begins at class start time. NOTE: All students are required to have cleaned up and leave the studio by the class end time to allow for clean up and set up between classes.

Note to teen class parents: Class ends promptly at 6pm.  Teen students who are picked up later than 10 minutes post-class time (without prior arrangement) will incur a fee of $7.50, added to their monthly tuition with each late pick up.

Payments/Terminate enrollment:

All recurring payments will be processed on the 3rd Thursday of the month or the next month’s payment. A receipt for each payment will be emailed to you and the charge will appear on your credit card statement as Artistic Innovations. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 7 days prior to the payment being collected.

Due to high volume of enrollment in classes, if you are taking a break or terminating your status as an ongoing student, you must give notice by the 3rd class of the month.  Failure to notify prior to 3rd week will result in fee being due for next month.

Important: Please note that you may make up any missed classes during any of the other scheduled classes with permission from the teacher, after your first trial period.  Students must be registered as an ongoing student to qualify for make-up classes, AND give advance notice of your absence prior to the start of the class according to the cancellation policy.  Please speak to Sandra about details or flexibility. VIA email. If you take a break or do not pay monthly fee, all make-up classes are forfeited.

Students are asked to give a minimum 12 hour notice if you’re unable to attend regular and/or a make-up class.  This will allow us to make that space available for others to make up a missed class.  If you are leaving for any period of time (for sports/winter months…) we cannot guarantee the same space in a class on your return and you will not be able to redeem any make-up classes accumulated as an ongoing student.

In the event of inclement weather please check News Channel 9 for closings and cancellations.  We follow the Liverpool District cancellations.  In this instance you may receive a make up class(no refunds)

The staff at Liverpool Art Center will be using the application called Remind.  This app will allow us to effectively and quickly send out reminders about monthly payments being due, late payment reminders and any last minute changes to class times (weather, sickness, etc.). This application allows you to receive notifications via text, email, the app or website.  Remind does have an application (called Remind) for iPhones and Androids. It is also available online at  However it is not necessary to have the app or website in order to get the texts.  It is required that students sign a consent form that they have signed up using the Remind App.
