.Join us for a 4 week series of Art & Yoga, you can come to all classes or drop into just one. The unique combination of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Art Expression allow for one to feel a deep sense of joy & healing. If you have never tried Kundalini Yoga, you are in for a treat!! It is a fantastic beginner yoga. All poses will be at the beginner level and you will get to experience the yoga of awareness, the yoga of consciousness. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please bring a mat as we will have a limited amount available at the studio. After you experience movement we will then move into a meditation. Meditation has been my most favorite part of Kundalini Yoga!! Some meditations include chanting and some include hand positions and all are perfect for beginners. After the meditation we will be working on creatively expressing ourselves using mostly oil pastels, colored pencils, and paints. You will leave feeling purely blissful.
