For those wondering what Reiki is; we offer phone consultations to answer simple questions to put your mind at ease. This form of “healing energy” is a “touch-free” experience focused on relaxation and finding balance within the body, mind & Spirit.

What is Reiki?

 

A Person who has been trained as a Reiki practitioner becomes a tool in which energy flows through their energy centers and the energy is directed to heal, balance and or re-align within another person, place or object

(sometimes a situation as well!).

What does all that mean?

If you have never experienced any type of energy work, that might be confusing.

Simply stated, Reiki can leave you with a sense of relaxation and clarity.

During a Reiki experience, the energy is intentionally sent through the body to create a more balanced life experience.

For example, if a person is experiencing sadness, then the energy might be Spiritually directed to relax the emotional energy centers (possibly the heart area) so that the person may be able to handle the situations in a more balanced way. The person receiving Reiki might experience a release of emotional blocks, such as anger, resentment or fear that may have caused situations to be more stressful than they needed to be.

That is a gained sense of clarity.

Reiki is referred to as “energy work” because it is one of many ways to utilize the energy that we are made of.

If we can open our minds to the possibilities that we are the creators of our own experience, then we might be open to the possibilities that Reiki has to offer.

Although it is not necessary to feel a certain way or believe in a certain religion or philosophy to benefit from Reiki. It is beneficial to have an open mind and allow the experience to be what it is.

During a full session you may be asked to lay on a massage table or sit in a chair. This is not a massage. There is no need for the practitioner to actually put their hands on the body to give Reiki. Simply know that this is a non-invasive form of allowing pure energy to flow through you and that you need to trust only yourself to be okay.

In choosing a practitioner, it is always best to meet with the person and talk for a while. Your gut will tell you immediately if this person is a Vibrational match for you to work with. It is important to know that the practitioner is not healing the person receiving Reiki. They are a tool for energy to pass through. Their intentions, knowledge and experience will help to boost the flow of energy, but the energy is always pure.

Also know that Reiki energy is pure energy that can not harm you. Even if the practitioner is in the worst mood and going through some terrible ordeal in their personal life, these issues do not come through with the energy. That is one of the many benefits of using Reiki channels.

         Reiki Training

     With Sandra ~

          Students learn the history, symbolism and methods of the Traditional Usui system of Japanese healing as taught  through lineage of Reiki Masters connecting each student and Master.

 During the class you also learn about meditation tools, “Life Tools” to keep yourself balanced and grounded as you explore the art of healing.

To learn more about what Reiki is and what you might gain by receiving Reiki, you might consider attending a Reiki share. There is a natural healer living with the hearts and body of every individual. All students must have some experience with receiving Reiki and some knowledge of the benefits. If you are interesting in becoming a student, please feel free to call for further details and any questions.

 

Each student receives a workbook, dream journal, several Reiki sessions with Sandra or Students that are training for level III.

 

Level I    $160

Level II   $160

Level III  $350

Level III requires preparation and several months to achieve through Reiki shares, Reiki sessions with Sandra and more. If you are interested in learning how you can become a practitioner or Master/Teacher, please call and speak with Sandra directly.

 

Sorry, no “distant” training. This is a “hands-on” center focused on experiencing the healing arts... All students are required to attend a meeting prior to class to fully understand the commitments of both the student and the teacher. All attunements require time commitments & a clear and open channel of communication between student and teacher. There are no short cuts on the path to becoming the healer you were destined to be...taking the shortest path would rob the student (and the teacher) of many learning opportunities.
