Text Box: What is a Spirit Painting? Experience the Expression of Emotion and Energy Sandra began “Spirit Painting” as a form of meditation. She has used this method to release emotional blocks such as self doubt, grief, anger and depression. This technique is affectionately called Spirit painting because when she reaches a level of deep meditation, she feels Spirit flowing through her, around her and creating with her. Others can experience the passion, the energy, the expression of emotion on canvas by watching as she creates with Spirit. Energy is expressed on canvas as a visual experience of emotion, thought and pure energy. During private sessions, watch yourself unfold with every brush stroke as you relax to healing music, soothing aromas and surrounding by the beauty of Our “Spirit Art Gallery” It’s simply mesmerizing! Close your eyes or watch the process of release and Spiritual growth right before your eyes! Call to make an appointment with Sandra to have your Spiritual Colors come to life on canvas! All sessions include: Reiki healing, meditation, spirit painting and time for discussion. Groups are welcome to come to the studio and gallery to make a day of it!
