Creative Connections

A Monthly Meeting facilitated by Artist/Creative Coach, Sandra Sabene.
   EMAIL TO ATTEND
Focused on providing creative tools for expression to those whose lives have been touched by the heroin epidemic. 2 hours before our monthly drum circle we are inviting adults and teens to join us in studio to explore, express and share the message that we are never alone in this fight.                                                             We are all ONE VOICE - ONE HEART
Based on the 12 step enriched program "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron, the activities offered during this 2 hour monthly program are intended to open dialogue and create connections. There is nothing worse than feeling like we are alone in a battle to save our loved ones during this raging epidemic. So many lives are being lost, destroyed and families torn apart with little resources for recovery. How can we start healing? Awareness.
Art is one way we can raise our personal awareness and public awareness.
Drumming is another way we can express and connect (to ourselves and others).
If you've lost a friend, if you're struggling with a loved one, if your life is in chaos as a result of drug abuse, heroin or opiates....please consider joining us and finding a voice through expression.
